Kevin was born in Fort Worth, TX to Kenneth and Betty Short. He graduated from Burleson High school and had a career working for General Motors. Kevin was married to Julie Craighead Short on August 2, 1986 in Austin,TX. He had a passion for Music, fast cars, and fishing. He will be greatly missed by his family and many in the music industry that knew him.
Kevin is preceded in death by his father, Kenneth E Short. He is survived by his wife, Julie Short; mother, Betty Short; children, Jill Montes (Chris), Alison Riggs, and Rikki Sanchez ( Cory); grandchildren, Santos and Izzy Montes, Greyson and Emerson Sanchez, and Jackson Riggs; siblings, Kenneth Short ( Robin), and Kelly Short.
