

Lee was born on March 9th, 1973 to the late James Lee Taylor and Diana Lynn Ford Mann in Kermit, TX. Lee was raised in Wickett, TX He was a Lobo and graduated Monahans High School in 1991. He then went on to pursue Art School in Phoenix Arizona. He was a very talented man in everything he did. Lee's daughter Danielle Marie or "D” was born on April 2, 1997. She was feisty and the queen of his world! Lee was a single dad when he was introduced to the love of his life Tanya Gilchrest. They were blessed to have almost 18 years together. They met in April of 2003 and were married on June 11, 2004. This is the day Lee also gained a son Downtown David Brown. He called Odessa TX home for around 13 years until he transferred with Coca Cola to the DFW area where they quickly made a home in Watauga TX. He was employed with Coca Cola for over 23 years. Lee was a home body. He enjoyed his time at home with the family-cooking out- beach trips-making the family Christmas gifts-taking pictures-daily walks with his best fur babies and all things Dallas Cowboys! He was enjoying life and his family was complete, so he thought…. On March 24th 2018 he was blessed to become G-Dude! His only grandchild Blakelee Rene Bishop came into the world just as strong and feisty as her mom and he could not be more proud of her. She was his little princess. He was a great dad-husband-brother-son-uncle and G-dude. He will be greatly missed and never forgotten.
Lee is survived by his wife Tanya Taylor of Watauga, TX, his daughter Danielle Taylor of Athens, TX, son David Brown of Watauga, TX, granddaughter Blakelee of Athens, TX, Dad Arthur Mann of Wickett, TX, Uncle Jimmy Ford of Lubbock, TX, sister-Dena Taylor of Wickett, TX, sister-Christal (Crissy) Taylor of New York...and his brother Michael Taylor of Monahans, TX. Many nieces, nephews, cousins, great nieces and nephews, and brother and sister in laws.
Lee was preceded in death by his mother Diana Mann, his father James Taylor, his grandparents JD and Veda Ford, grandparents Truman and Jewel Taylor, Uncle Gerald Ford and his fur babies Tank and Lil Bit.
Service will be June 4th at 10am
