Lety was born in El Paso, Texas on February 3, 1963 to Oscar O. Oaxaca and Celia Bustamante Oaxaca, she was the third of 4 children. Lety leaves behind her son Mark Oaxaca, grandchildren Koni and Liam Oaxaca, sister Patricia Cardoza (Caesar), brother Ruben Oaxaca (deceased) (Nohemi), brother Oscar M. Oaxaca (Patsy). Nieces and Nephews, who she loved very much: Ruben, David, Mimi, Elsa Yvonne, Sandra, Cesar, Christian, and Celeste.
Lety loved life, her family and her God. She truly followed Jesus teaching; she loved all she met and would give whatever she had if you needed it. She lived a great Christian life, with dignity and love for all, even to the end . She will surely be missed by all.
