Delores was born September 19, 1931 in Electra, TX to the late Ira and Lillian Cato.
Anyone who knew Delores and considered her a friend would remember her for her sense of humor and her love of Casinos.
She was preceded in death by her husband Murphy Dunn Sr.; sons, Freddie Thomas Brooks and Michael Jay Brooks; stepdaughters, Betty Frame and Mary Ann Dupree; sisters, Doris Byas, Frances Elifrits and Louise Hightower;
She is survived by beloved grandchildren Melissa Brooks and Thomas “TJ” Brooks; daughters-in-law; Kathy Brooks and Bonnie Brooks; stepchildren, Murphy Dunn, Nelly Townsend and Pat Booth; and a various host of step grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
