Lois Marie Detten was born October 28, 1942 in Bastrop County, TX and passed away at the age of 81 on March 18, 2024 in Weatherford, TX.
Lois is preceded in death by her parents, Marie Bird and Woodrow Wilson Sawyer, and husband, William “Bill” Detten.
She is survived by her two sisters, Wanda Sawyer and Shirley Bird, her five sons, James “Jim” Shamburger, Don Shamburger, Cord Shamburger and wife Requeal, John Shamburger and wife Amy, David Shamburger and wife Melissa. She also leaves behind nine grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
