

Lucille Elaine Baldwin Tucker was born in Sidney, Nebraska on March 1, 1929. She was raised by her maternal grandparents, James and Nellie Baldwin. She married John Adrian Tucker Jr. in Clovis, NM on April 19. 1947. John and Lucy were married for 63 years until he passed away in 2010. John and Lucy had three sons, Johnny, Larry and Gary. John was in the US Air Force so the family moved around the country as well as Puerto Rico.
Lucille was an active member of the VFW Auxiliary, American Legion Auxiliary, and Eastern Star. She was a lifetime member of all three of these organizations. She enjoyed her long time friends at the VFW. They shared many trips to Las Vegas. She enjoyed her time with friends and family. She loved the big Tucker family and the family reunions.
Lucille is survived by her son, Johnny Tucker, his wife, Phyllis of Gainesville, granddaughters Kristan Tucker Robbins, her husband Parker J Robbins of Hewitt, and Kelsey Tucker McGinnis, her husband Andrew McGinnis of Van Alstyne, and great-granddaughters Payton and Brynlee McGinnis. She is survived by grandsons Larry Tucker Jr., Jeremy Tucker, Jason Tucker, David Tucker, and a great-grandson and a great-granddaughter all of Crowley.
Lucille was preceded in death by her husband John Tucker, son Larry Tucker, son Gary Tucker, and grandson Daniel Tucker.
Burial will be in the Laurel Land Cemetery in Fort Worth on Friday, April 29 . She will be laid to rest beside her husband, John.
