Margarette was born in Friona, TX and lived the majority of her life in Fort Worth. She was Valedictorian of Handley High School in 1951. She was raised by her grandmother, and later cared for her own family and two generations of grandchildren as a homemaker, with time also spent working for various Eastside businesses.
Margarette was happiest when doing for others. She treasured her role as grandmother and was a loyal and caring friend to many.
We will celebrate her life Thursday, Sept. 1, 2022 at Shannon Rose Hill Funeral Chapel & Cemetery, located at 7301 E. Lancaster Ave in Fort Worth. A Visitation will be held from 10:00 am to 11:00 am, Funeral Service at 11:00 am. Burial to follow.
