

Nannie Lee Kemp was born January 20, 1937, in Clay Texas to Henry and Lizzie Walker Wiley.
Nannie grew up in a family full of love surrounded by her parents, 3 brothers and 5 sisters. She attended school in Snook Texas.
Nannie married Jesse Charles Kemp, Jr., August 5, 1954, together they had 3 sons Jesse III, Larry and Keith. In 1957 the family moved to Fort Worth, Texas. Nannie and Jesse started a small janitorial business in 1972.
Later Nannie spent many years working as a personal care assistant where she lovingly cared for numerous elderly clients.
Nanny passed away at home April 14, 2026, surrounded by her family.
Nannie was preceded in death by her parents Henry Wiley and Lizzie Wiley, husband Jesse Kemp II, brothers: Henry Wiley, Jr., Willie Wiley and Bill Wiley, Sisters; Ethel May Wiley and grandson Jenard Kemp.
Nanny is survived by sons; Larry Kemp, Keith Kemp (Tammy), grandchildren; Patrick Hackett-Kemp, Peyton Kemp, Madison Kemp Cruz, eight great grandchildren, sisters; Louise Skinner, Alma Nix, Ruby Bosley and Carolyn Henry, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held at Gregory W Spencer Funeral Directors on April 24, 2026, from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
A Celebration Of Her Life will take place at Gregory w. Spencer Funeral Directors, 4000 Miller Ave, Fort Worth, Texas 76119, on April 25, 2026, at 10:00 am.
Final Resting Place will be at Greenwood Memorial Park, 3100 White Settlement Rd., Fort Worth, TX.
