Norma Phillips Hart

She was preceded in death by her husbands James A. “Jim” Phillips and J.C. “Buddy” Hart. She had two sons Ricky “Rick” Phillips (wife, Donna Phillips) of River Oaks, TX and John Phillips (wife, Lori Phillips) of Overland Park, KS; five Grandsons Micah Phillips, Bradley “Brad” Phillips She always hoped for a daughter, Granddaughter or Great Granddaughter, but had 13 boys; 2 sons, 5 Grandsons & 6 Great Grandsons, we’re sorry mom. Spencer Phillips, Cameron Austin and Ian Phillips (wife, Kamryn Phillips); one Granddaughter-in-Law, Kara Phillips; six Great Grandsons, Seth Phillips, Carson Phillips, Jackson Phillips, Graham Phillips, Declan Phillips, Grayson Phillips and numerous Nieces & Nephews.

She always hoped for a daughter, Granddaughter or Great Granddaughter, but had 13 boys (2 sons, 5 Grandsons & 6 Great Grandsons), we’re sorry mom.

She had four siblings Betty Estes of Belton, TX; Dennis “Denny” Scheffe of Enid, OK (preceded in death); Linda Theilen of Covington, OK and Willa Rice of Oklahoma City, OK.

Norma was a resident of Westmore Senior Living where she was an avid Quilter, Crocheter, and an Arts & Crafts enthusiast; she considered all of the residents & staff her “Friends & Extended Family”.
