Paul "Woody" Woodruff

Memorial service: 2 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 16, at Sagamore Baptist Church, 2301 Dottie Lynn Parkway, Fort Worth.

Paul was born Nov. 6, 1951, to Robert S. and Reba R. Woodruff in Houston. His family moved to Fort Worth when he was 18 months old. He later graduated from Eastern Hills High School and Baylor University. Paul also served in the Naval Air Reserve between high school and college. He worked in the aircraft parts business as an employee of Misco Inc., and as owner of Di Hard and part owner of Stumpy's Blues Bar in Arlington. He was a member of Sagamore Baptist Church.

Paul was preceded in death by his father, Robert S. Woodruff; stepfather, Carl Hinrichsen; his grandparents, Paul and Doris Denny, and Edwin and Edith Woodruff.

Survivors: He leaves to cherish his memory, his mother, Reba Hinrichsen and husband, Tommy Simmons; sister, Debby Voige and husband, Tom; niece, Hayley Voige; and numerous relatives and friends.
