Peggy was born in September of 1929 to Jessie and Ruth McDaniel in Fort Worth. She had a caring heart and was freely giving of her time. Peggy spent countless hours making baby mums and socks for families welcoming little ones at Huguley Hospital. She spent over 5,000 hours volunteering at hospitals and the Cleburne Pregnancy Center thrift Store. Peggy was also a member of the Order of the Eastern Star.
Peggy has joined in heaven her parents; husband of 57 years, Jack Dalby; and sister, Patsy Rich.
Survivors: Those left to cherish her memory include her children, Chip Dalby and wife, Lana, Rick Dalby and wife, Shirley, Debbie Dow and husband, Jack, Martin Dalby and wife, Anna; 10 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; sister, Louise Church; brother, Jack McDaniel; nieces; nephews; extended family; and dear friends.
