Peter A. West, born July 30, 1942 to Allyn and Stancie West in Newport, NH, Mr. West was a class of 1961 graduate of Towle High School in Newport, NH, and he served 4 years in the Air Force in Abilene, TX. Over the years, he’s worked diligently in various jobs and industries, including: 17 years as a volunteer Fire Fighter for Claremont, NH; 14 years with Tambrands, Inc; several years as a small engine mechanic for Dennis Fleury and 8 years part-time with Enterprise Rental Car. He enjoyed riding motorcycles, snowmobiles, old cars, going camping and visiting the ocean in Maine for sea food. Peter married Oneta J. Stanley on May 8, 1964; they have one daughter, Shelia Parkinson. Mr. West is survived by wife Oneta; daughter Shelia and husband Lance; In-laws: Robert, Eddie and Rick Stanley, Johnnie and wife Mary Hennessee, Gary and wife Becky Hollis, Ed Faircloth and Carolyn Fenner, as well as several nieces and nephews and cousins. Service will be held at 2:00 PM Friday March 9, 2012at the North Park Baptist Church, 7025 Mid-Cities Blvd., North Richland Hills, Texas.
