Reginald was born in Lake Charles, La., on Dec. 10, 1960, to the late Thelma and James Horn. He graduated from Southwest High School in 1978 and later attended the University of Texas at Arlington where he obtained a degree in marketing. Reginald worked a variety of jobs in sales, marketing and operations.
Survivors: Sister, Maurita Horn of Washington, D.C.; nephews, Zachary and Josiah; and numerous beloved aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
