Robert was born to William Roger Early and Margaret Thomas Early on June 1, 1926, in Abilene. He was a World War II veteran stationed in Attu, Alaska, and served the Navy as an aviation radioman. In 1948, he met his wife of 65 years, and in 1955 they moved to Fort Worth where they raised their four children.
He attended the University of Texas where he received his degree in pharmacy and was the sole proprietor of Early 7th Street Drug from 1965-1984. He liked to fish and play golf. He was a loyal Cowboys and Rangers fan. He will be missed by all who knew him.
Robert was preceded in death by one brother.
Survivors: Wife, Alberta Early; four children, Michael Early, Tina Early Warner, Alan Early (Sonja), Jeff Early (Cathy); six grandchildren; one great-grandson.
