SPRINGTOWN-- Robert "Bob" Turner passed away Saturday, March 5, 2016. There will be a graveside service at Mt. Olivet at a later date. Mr. Turner was born May 31, 1931 in Horatio, Arkansas but lived in Texas all of his life working as a painter and carpenter. He was preceded in death by his father, W. C. Turner, mother, Geraldine Hudson, step-father, Charlie Hudson and grandson, Michael Bolton. Survivors: daughters, Beverly Bolton and Becky Mills, son; Bobby Turner, brothers, Danny Turner and Randy Hudson; sister, Ramona Griggs, grandchildren, Coy Mills, Chance Barfield, Chad Turner, Jeremy Turner, Autumn Wright, seven great-grandchildren and numerous nephews and nieces.
