FORT WORTH -- Samuel D. Thompson, 92, passed away Sunday, April 1, 2012, at his residence.
Celebration of life: 11 a.m. Thursday at Fellowship Baptist Church, 956 E. Jefferson St. Interment: Cedar Hill Memorial Park. Visitation: 7 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
Survivors: His loving children, Ruby White, Richard Thompson (Betty), Nettie Thompson; grandchildren, Brian McFarland, Sonyette Wade, Shunto Rowe, Mia Thompson, Chermuna Wade, Keena Thompson; great-grandchild, Jimmy "Pete" King III; and a host of other relatives and friends.
