Sidney Ann McClane Peel, 86, of Cleburne, TX passed away surrounded by family on Thursday, June 13, 2024. Sidney was born in Houston, TX to Herbert Boots McClane and Laura Naomi Kelly on September 30, 1937.
Sidney retired from Kelly Moore Paint Company. She enjoyed fishing, playing bingo, and going on cruises.
Sidney is preceded in death by her husband of 44 years Charles Wayne Peel in 2000; and great grandson Jensen Michael Bridger in 2020.
Sidney is survived by 3 children Jeffrey and Rene Peel of Willis TX, Karen Peel of Waco TX, and Kelly Mclemore of Galveston,TX; brother Danny McClane; and sister Chery McClane Tiller of Oklahoma; her friend Gordon Snider of 20 years; grandchildren Chelcie and Eric Jessup, Sean Rehnquist, Ashley Mann, Brittney and Weston Perez, and Zachary Bridger; along with 11 great grandchildren, Brayden, Erin, Luke, Ethan, Joshua, Cadence, Brighton, Leland, Paizlee, Camdyn and Adalynn.
