Tammy Jean Woods-Young

Tammy Jean Woods-Young, age 54, of Fort Worth, Texas passed away on Monday, May 30, 2022. Tammy was born March 11, 1968 in Overton, TX to the parents of Ronnie, Sr. and Bobbie Woods. Tammy graduated from John Tyler High School Class of 1986. Tammy met the love of her life, Eddie Young, in 1987 and married him April of 2003. Tammy accepted Christ first in Tyler, Texas at Metropolitan Baptist Church. Tammy moved to Fort Worth, Texas in 2005 and joined Greater Sweet Home Baptist Church.

Presently She was with Greater Mount Moriah Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, Ronnie Woods, Sr. and Bobbie Woods; her brother, Ronnie Woods, Jr.; her nephew, Javoric James; and great niece, Taliyah Johnson

She leaves behind her husband Eddie Young; six kids, Demarcus Young, LaQuinton Woods, DeMarius (DJ) Woods, Floydrika Young, Kadarius (Tre) Young, Christopher Young and Demarcus young; four grandchildren, De'Ari and KaMiyah Woods, Christian, Soraya and Rihanna Young; five siblings, Kerry (Gabrielle) Edwards, Cynthia Maxie, Rhonda Burns, Rickey (LaRondia) Woods and Michael Woods; one aunt, Ms. Bonnie Lloyd and a host of nephews, nieces and extended family.
