Tina Perry was born on January 27, 1962, in Roanoke, Virginia, to Gracie Crowder and Tommy Crowder. On October 22, 2025, at the age of 63, Tina gained her heavenly wings and transitioned from this life, leaving behind a legacy of love, laughter, and unforgettable memories.
Tina was the lifeline of the family, the one who uplifted spirits, kept everyone connected, and made every gathering feel like home. She had a heart full of compassion and a presence that made others feel seen, safe, and loved. Her joy was contagious, and her willingness to show up for others will never be forgotten.
She leaves to cherish her memory a host of siblings, family, and loved ones. Tina shared a special and unbreakable bond with her niece, Ashley Crowder, Ashley’s husband Demetrius, whom Tina lovingly called her brother-in-law, and their children Nashawn, Jonte, Pashyn, Kingston, Prince Josiah, and Levi. Their bond was unmatched filled with laughter, inside jokes, late-night talks, and unwavering support. Tina was not just family; she was a constant presence, a guiding light, and a second mother and grandmother within their home.
Though our hearts are heavy, we find comfort in knowing that Tina is now resting peacefully. Her light, her voice, and her love will continue to guide us. She will be deeply missed, yet forever remembered.
“Those we love don’t go away; they walk beside us every day.”
