Wanda Lacy fell asleep in the arms of Jesus, Friday, Dec. 11, 2015. Celebration of life: Noon Saturday at Harmony Baptist Church, Dr. Frank D. Lawson, pastor, officiating. Burial: Skyvue Memorial Gardens. Visitation: Friends may visit Mrs. Lacy from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Friday, with the family present 7 to 8 p.m., at Gregory W. Spencer Funeral Directors. Survivors: Left in the hands of the Almighty are her children, John R. Lacy Jr.(Donna), Fredrick Lacy (Sandra), Yolanda Lacy (Steve), Maudie Lacy and Jessie Lacy; sisters, Janice Jimerson, Sharon Bennett (Robert), Pamela Harris (the Rev. Mark), Sharon Casey (Mark); brothers, Donald Fittsgill (Shirley), Jessie Fittsgill Jr., Isaac Freeman (Angel); 15 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
