Celebration of life: 2 p.m. Saturday at Smith Chapel Church of God, Pastor J.B. Smith, eulogist. Burial: 10:15 a.m. Monday in Dallas/Fort Worth National Cemetery. Visitation: Friends of the Rev. Waymond D. Woodard may visit him 1 to 5 p.m. Friday at Gregory W. Spencer Funeral Directors, and 7 to 8 p.m. at the church.
The Rev. Woodard served in the United States Army.
Survivors: Left in the caring hands of the Almighty are his loving wife, Judy Benson Woodard; his children, Nicholas Williams, Malichi, Malic and Shari Brown, Anthony and Tina Benson; father, Will Woodard; 10 grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
