

Born June 14, 1943, in Worcester, daughter of the late Roland B. and Gertrude H. Lundeen, she was a 1961 graduate of Arlington High School and a graduate of the Hickox Secretarial School in Boston in 1963.
Norma was a member of Wesley United Methodist Church of Framingham where she enjoyed many activities including the couples club, editing the monthly church newsletter and organizing various events and meals for the community. Throughout her life, Norma enjoyed spending time with her family and friends and was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and recently, a great grandmother.
She leaves her husband of 58 years, David W. Hatch of Dorchester, MA, with whom she shared a very special and loving bond. She also leaves a son, David W. Hatch Jr. and his wife Deirdre of Ashland, MA. She was the devoted and proud grandmother of three grandchildren, William C. Hatch, Emily C. Hatch and James R. Hatch. Additionally, she was delighted to welcome William’s wife Kayla M. Hatch to the family in March, and to be the great grandmother of Magnolia J. Hatch, born in late October.
Norma was an avid lover of her pet cats, taking great comfort in the companionship they offered to her home and family. She was a steadfast supporter of The Boston Home, a long-term care facility where her husband lives and that specializes in the care of residents with MS, and other progressive neurological conditions.
FUNERAL NOTICE: A funeral service for Norma G. Hatch will be held Wednesday, November 10 at 11:00 am at the Wesley United Methodist Church, 80 Beacon Street, Framingham with the Rev. Heather Kattan officiating. Interment will follow In Edgell Grove Cemetery, Framingham.
