William was born on March 19, 1931 in Framingham, the son of William A. and Marie L. (Beaulac) Domey. He was raised and educated in Framingham and served in the United States Army.
Mr. Domey earned Bachelor and Master degrees from Northeastern University and was a teacher at Northeastern University for 10 years. He ran a number of Boards of Health until his retirement in September of 2014 after working as a private consultant for 35 years. He was a licensed civil engineer, registered land surveyor and soil evaluator. William was a member of 4-H for 10 years and an avid equestrian. He took great joy in taking care of his many animals.
He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Annette J. (LaFleur) Domey.
At his request, services will be private.
