Annie Parker

Visitation will be held from 10:00 AM until Celebration of Life at 1:00 PM on Friday, December 19, 2025 at St. Jude Spiritual Church 632 11th Street Franklin, Louisiana.

She leaves to cherish her memories, her husband of 32 years, Timothy Parker of Port Arthur, Texas; three sons, Jason Williams of Odessa, Texas, Mark Conners of Franklin, Louisiana, and Kendrick (Lacrecia) Levine of Youngsville, Louisiana; her two daughters, Jennifer (Larry Smith) Elmore and Yvishia Levine, both of Franklin, Louisiana; four brothers, Raymond Williams of Arlington, Texas, Samuel Williams, Jr. of Houston, Texas, Hayward Williams of Houma, Louisiana, and Lawrence Williams of Lafayette, Louisiana; two sisters, June (Jamie) Carmouch-Gray of Patterson, Louisiana and Belva Joy (Albert Bass) Williams of New Orleans, Louisiana; two close sisters, Gail Dejean and Debra Fine, both of Franklin, Louisiana; twenty four grandchildren, eight great grandchildren, along with a host of family and friends.

Annie was preceded in death by her parents, Samuel H. Williams and Jessie Mae Williams, her brother, Reginald Elmore and his wife Dorothy Elmore; and her sister, Yevone Williams.
