Visitation will be held from 12:00 PM until Celebration of Life at 2:00 PM on Saturday, May 9, 2026 at Jones Funeral Home 1101 Main Street Franklin, Louisiana. Burial will follow in the Franklin Main Street Cemetery.
He leaves to cherish his memories, his companion, Delores Willis; his brothers, Roger Babino of Morgan City, Louisiana, Donald Babino of Houston, Texas, Randy Babino of San Antonio, Texas, Ronnie Babino of Cottonport, Louisiana, Bernard Babino, JC Milton, and David Milton, all of Franklin, Louisiana; an uncle, James Carson, Jr.; along with a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
Fred was preceded in death by his mother, Helen B. Smith; and father, Joseph Milton.
