Visitation will be held from 11:00 AM until Celebration of Life at 1:00 PM on Friday, April 17, 2026 at Jones Funeral Home 1101 Main Street Franklin, Louisiana. Burial will follow in Franklin Main Street Cemetery.

He leaves to cherish his memories, his daughter, Sharisse Foster of Forney, Texas; his son, Wayne Foster, Jr. of Jeanerette, Louisiana; his brother, Rodney (Chantel) Foster of New Iberia, Louisiana; his two sisters, Penny Bennett of Franklin, Louisiana and Charlesette (Kenneth) Foster Arceneaux of Jonesboro, Georgia; four grandchildren; along with a host of family and friends.

Wayne was preceded in death by his wife, Corrine Foster; his parents, Florence Fleming and Charles Foster II; paternal grandparents, Mary Foster and Charles Foster, Sr. and Alene Lajeun Fleming and Walter Fleming; his siblings, Charles Foster III and Leonard Foster; his brothers-in-law; Darryl Bennett, Louis Thomas, Luke Thomas, and Eugene Thomas; sisters-in-law, Paulette Thomas and Wilma Johnson; and his nephew, Dominic Mitchell.
