Alice Madge Allen

Alice Madge Allen, age 65, of Springboro, Ohio, went home to be with the Lord Wednesday March 9, 2016 at her residence. She was born in Middletown, Ohio on October 27, 1950 to Milford and Ella Pearl (Cassidy) Allen. Madge attended the Franklin City Schools. She went to nursing school and worked for many years as a very caring nurse. She felt it was the calling of her life to take care of people. She was preceded in death by her father, Milford Allen, mother, Ella Pearl Allen. Madge is survived by her son, Kenneth Scott (Shannon Denise) Ledford; daughter, Brandi Ellaine Ledford; two grandsons, Kenneth Scott Ledford, Christopher Mitchell Ledford; granddaughter, Megan Ellaine McConnehea; sister, Carma (Harold) Birch; brother, Raymond (Carol) Allen; numerous nephews, niece and other relatives. Funeral services are 1:00 pm Monday March 14, 2016 at Anderson Funeral Homes 40 N. Main St Springboro, Ohio with Reverend Darlene Bishop officiating. Burial will be in Springboro Cemetery.
