

Betty was born in Afton, Ohio to Howard and Barbara Day on April 5, 1936. She attended school in Williamsburg, Ohio and graduated from Williamsburg High School in 1954. She married Charles Foreman on March 4, 1955 in the chapel of the Williamsburg Methodist Church. She first worked at Bell Telephone in Cincinnati as a clerk, then was employed at McAlpin’s/Dillard’s in the men’s suit department of Cherry Grove/Eastgate for 22 years until her retirement. She was involved with the Boy Scouts of America for many years. She enjoyed traveling and getting together with friends while living in Florida (Englewood, then North Port) for 16 years. Betty always said how proud she was of her entire family.
She is survived by her children—Kent (Betsy) Foreman, Faith Lloyd, and Brian (Lynette) Foreman; her grandchildren—Joshua (Heidi) Schultz, Graham Foreman (Grescia Davila), Megan Foreman (Chase Padgett), Ashley Foreman, and Alex Foreman; her five great-grandchildren— Autumn Schultz, Alexander Coyle, Joshua Coyle, Isaac Coyle, and Easton Foreman; and many friends and neighbors.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Williamsburg United Methodist Church, 330 Gay Street, Williamsburg, Ohio 45176.
A Celebration of Life, that is open to the public, will be held on Saturday, December 13, 2025 at 10:30 a.m. at the Williamsburg United Methodist Church with Rev. Dare Stevens officiating. There will be a time during the service for memories of Betty to be shared with all. Immediately following, a graveside ceremony will be held at Williamsburg Cemetery.
