Bill Powell

Bill was a self-employed, Jack of all trades working mostly in construction and Heating & Air. He never met a stranger and could be found most days hanging out at the Carlisle Restaurant. He enjoyed time spent with his family and watching NASCAR. Bill will be deeply missed by his family. Bill's family would like to extend their appreciation to Hospice of Butler-Warren Counties for the care shown to he and his family during this time.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Homer Powell; granddaughter, Jeni Powell and step-brothers, Edward and Virgil Kirby. Bill will be missed by his loving wife of 63 years, Ann Powell; children, Billy (Allyson) Powell, Tammie (Rick) Carpenter, Virgil (Rhonda) Powell, Cheryl (Steve) Dison and Lisa Chamberlain; 18 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren.

Visitation will be held from 4-6 pm Sunday, June 5, 2016 at the Vineyard Community Church, 4900 North S.R. 123, Franklin, where the memorial service will be held at 6pm with Pastor Chuck Wolfinbarger, officiating.
