Brenda Carolyn Corbin

Brenda Carolyn Corbin, age 74, of Middletown, Ohio, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, January 21, 2026. She was born on May 18, 1951, in Lincoln Heights, Illinois, to William Loyall and Nellie Keeling (Wilson).

Brenda was a kind and generous soul who truly never met a stranger. She had a way of making people feel welcome and cared for, often within moments of meeting them. Family was the center of her world, and nothing made her happier than having everyone together—especially during the holidays, which she loved dearly. Those gatherings were often filled with laughter, love, and the comforting aromas of her favorite Italian dishes, lovingly prepared for the people she cherished most.

Always on the go, Brenda loved seeing new places and enjoying the outdoors. Camping was one of her greatest joys, with Brookville Lake and Hueston Woods holding a special place in her heart. Whether traveling, cooking, or simply spending time with loved ones, Brenda embraced life with energy and warmth.

The family would like to extend their heartfelt gratitude to the compassionate staff of Carlisle Manor and the 5th floor at Kettering Main Hospital for the care and kindness shown to Brenda.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her beloved son, Daniel Corbin; and her brothers, Terry, Bobby, and Dale Keeling.

Brenda leaves behind her loving children: daughters Janie Getz, Lisa (Johnny) Stepp, and Melinda Corbin, and son Joey Jordan. She will be deeply missed by her cherished grandchildren, Stephen Basham, Jacob Jordan, Timothy Jordan, Joshua Jordan, Gabarella Schoolcraft, Zoey Schoolcraft, and Malachi Schoolcraft; daughter in law, Tammy Jordan. She is also survived by her sisters, Ann Keeling and Bonnie Keeling; her brother, Tommy Keeling;along with many extended family members and dear friends who were blessed to know her.

Brenda’s love, kindness, and joyful spirit will live on in the hearts of all who knew her.

A visitation will be held at Anderson Funeral Home, located at 1357 E. 2nd St., Franklin, Ohio, 45005, on January 30, 2026, from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm. The funeral service will follow at the same location on January 30, 2026, starting at 4:00 pm.
