Carl Dennis Haddix, age 72, of Middletown, Ohio, died Saturday October 17, 2015 at Hospice of Butler-Warren Counties. He was born in Middletown, Ohio on August 3, 1943 to Green and Florence (Mollands) Haddix. He was preceded in death by his parents.
