Carmen Yvonne Tackett passed away Tuesday March 15th at 10:27 AM at Miami Valley Hospital. She was born January 23, 1963 in Middletown Ohio to James and Wilma Jean (Chambers) Tackett. Carmen previously worked at Temple Inland and at the present a caregiver. She attended the Cowboy Church. Carmen is survived by her mother Wilma Jean Tackett, two children: Summer Hill and Casey Maza of Middletown. Four grandchildren: Jonathan McLaughlin, Jordan Hill, Hughston Maza and Savannah Harris. Two brothers: Larry (Dee) Tackett of South Carolina, Jeff Tackett and one sister Sheila (Mark) Robinson of Middletown. Fiancé Carl Smith. Nieces: Jade, Bethany and April. Nephews: Shane, Shawn, Chad and Aaron. Carmen was preceded in death by her father James in 1996, brother John 1981 and niece Aimee Flinn 2011.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday March22 at 11:00am-visitation will be held Monday March 21 at 6:00pm-8:00pm at Breitenbach Anderson. Rev. Cecil Venters officiating burial at Woodside Cemetery.
