Catherine "Kitty" Apple, known as Grandma Apple to all her neighborhood kids and friends, age 85, of Monroe, died Wednesday, April 1, 2014 at UC Hospital. She is survived by her sons, Richard wife, Pam Apple, Michael Apple; her daughter, Cathy Apple and Van; and grandchildren, Katie Apple and Aric Apple.
