

Cindy loved horses as she and Terry met at Countryside Stables where she would show quarter horses. She also worked as a flight attendant for Mesa Airlines. She loved to camp, studying genealogy, and had attended The First Church of God in Franklin. As a cancer survivor, Cindy volunteered for Noble's Circle where she would make handmade jewelry for fundraisers, to help women with cancer.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Cindy is survived by her husband of 47 years, Terry Akers; daughter, Alicia L. (Nicholas) Cunningham; son, Matthew (Jenni) Akers; grandchildren, Morgan, Weston, and Willow; brother, David Chamberlain; as well as many extended family and friends.
A visitation for Cynthia will be held Monday, April 28, 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Anderson Funeral Home, 1357 E. 2nd St., Franklin, Ohio 45005. Funeral service will immediately follow at 3:00 PM. A graveside service will occur Wednesday, April 30, 2025 at Butler County Memorial Park, 4570 Trenton Oxford Road, Hamilton, OH 45011.
