Cynthia Ella Davis, age 75, of Franklin, Ohio passed away Monday, December 22, 2014 at Atrium Medical Center. She was born May 25, 1939 in Winchester, Kentucky the daughter of the late Thomas and Callie (Fike) Clair. Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her daughter, Elizabeth Kay Davis; as well as several brothers and sisters. Cynthia is survived by her husband of almost 60 years, Burchel Davis; her two sons, Jeffrey Scott (Cindi) Davis, Mark Anthony Davis; sister, Loretta Kay Strong; brother, Ralph (Shirley) Clair; numerous nieces and nephews; 8 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren. Funeral service will be Tuesday, December 30, 2014 at 1:30 pm at Anderson Funeral Homes, 1357 East Second Street, Franklin, Ohio with Reverend Elmo Johnson officiating. Visitation will be from 11:30 until the time of service. Burial will be in Woodhill Cemetery.
