In addition to Dale's parents, he was proceeded in death by his brother, Johnny Penn.
Dale and his wife Patricia (Skidmore) shared a wonderful 35 years of marriage and had 3 children. He had a career with PPG Paints as a parts specialist. Dale is survived by his wife, Patricia Penn; son Jeremy (Bindi) Fisher and 2 daughters; Angela (Danny) Miller and Samantha (Dale) Birkett; grandchildren Joshua (Shelby) Miller and Ruth Birkett, and 2 brothers; Gary (Sandy) Penn and Frank (Jeanie) Penn
