James "Doug" Middleton, age 58, of Carlisle, Ohio, passed away Tuesday, December 9, 2014 at his home. He was born August 28, 1956, in Dayton, Ohio, the son of the late Rutherford and Irene (Hutchins) Middleton. Doug was employed with Chemical Services Group for 6 years. Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by his brother, Ernie Middleton. Doug is survived by his wife of 27 years, Carolyn Middleton; his son, Joshua (Angie) Middleton; step-son, Casey (Sarah) Daulton; sister, Joyce Aills; brother, Rutherford Middleton, Jr.; two grandsons, Jason, Liam; and granddaughter, Alley. Visitation will be Saturday, December 13, 2014 from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm at Anderson Funeral Homes, 1357 East Second Street, Franklin, Ohio. Funeral Service will begin at 1:00 pm.
