Elmer Spencer Jr. 77, of Franklin passed away Saturday morning February 2, 2013 surrounded by his family, at home. A native of Wolfe County, Ky. he was the son of Bill and Pet (Williams) Spencer. Elmer was a good and loving husband, father and Pa Paw. Elmer was preceded in death by his wife, Sue Ann Spencer in 2010.
He is survived by his 3 children, Roy "Bill" (jean) Spencer, Jo Ann (Bobbie) Perkins and Vickie Spencer Thoman. He also leaves 8 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be Tuesday 10:00 am at the Anderson Funeral Home 1357 E. 2nd. St. Franklin with Pastor's, Ed Carrier and Roger Mullins officiating. Visitation will be Monday 5 - 8 pm at the funeral home. Condolences may be made to the family at www.anderson-fh.com.
