Geneva Nicely

Geneva "Eva" Nicely, age 90 of Franklin, Ohio passed away peacefully at her home, on May 13, 2026. Born in Confluence, KY on January 11, 1936 she was a daughter to the late Yancy & Wilda (Moore) Bowling. Geneva enjoyed bluegrass music and festivals, cooking- you never left her house hungry, and doing puzzles and crosswords. She loved to spend time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She will be truly missed. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband Hilbert in 2022, and son Donald W. Bowling.

Survived by her children Richard & Carla Nicely; Thomas Nicely & Jennifer Havens: grandchildren Angie Krenzel & Troy Stuart; Andrea & Josh Hall; Adam Nicely & Desiree Wade; Hayley Nicely: great-grandchildren Bradley Nicely; Korel Krenzel; Chase Hall; Sawyer Nicely; Lincoln Nicely: sister Irene McKenzie: as well as several nieces & nephew, family members and friends.

Friends may call on the family from 11:00 AM- 1:00 PM on Thursday, May 21, 2026 at the Anderson Funeral Home, 1357 E 2nd St, Franklin, Ohio 45005.
