Georgia was a graduate of Franklin County High School, class of 1986, she earned her Bachelor’s Degree from Kentucky State University, her Teaching Degree from University of Kentucky and her Master's of Education Degree from Xavier University. She was a school teacher with Franklin City Schools for 27 years.
Georgia is survived by her husband of 28 years, Richard Rinck; her son Evan (Andrea) Mosley; her granddaughter, Kelsey Mosley; her two brothers, Mark Mosley and Ben Mosley.
She will be missed by family, friends and students.
