Harriet "Pat" Bolin

She was born in Athens, Ohio on May 7th 1931. She was the daughter of Floris and William Kavlish and was the niece of Ruth and Mary Klingenberg. Pat was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She was preceded in death by her husband of 62 years Ira Bolin. She is survived by her daughter, Jenifer Sherbauer (Dave) and her son Jeff Bolin (Lori). She leaves behind four grandchildren Nathan McGraw, Justin McGraw (Jenn), Steve Bolin(Brooke) and Carolyn Bolin Taylor (Charlie) and five great-grandchildren Brody, Sloan, Declin, Rory and Stella.

Pat was a member of the First United Methodist Church Middletown where she was a part of the Deborah Circle of the United Methodist Women. She worked for many years at the YMCA child care watching and playing with the children so parents could have a moment to themselves.

She always made each Christmas season exceptional. She never had an unkind word for anyone and would always have a compliment to make someone's day a little brighter. She would take her grandkids to Kings Island, the video store or shopping without a second thought. Pat lived for her family. Her positive attitude and support will be missed.

Visitation will be 10am-12 pm, Friday, January 12, 2018 at Breitenbach Anderson Funeral Home, 517 S. Sutphin St., Middletown, OH 45044. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to the Alzheimer's Assn, Hospice of Middletown or Atrium YMCA.
