Hobert Adams

Hobert "Hobe" L. Adams, age, 91 of Trenton, OH passed away Saturday, April 4, 2015 at Garden Manor Extended Care Center. Hobe was born March 8, 1924 in Middletown, the son of Joe Ben and Pearl McQueen Adams.

Hobert was formerly employed with Armco for 41 years serving with the Trenton Police Dept from 1954 to 1977 retiring as Police Chief and also served in the Army during WW II. He also belonged to Lincoln Lodge and served on Trenton City Council for several years and served as Vice Mayor.

Hobert is survived by his wife, Beatrice; three daughters, Dana Pruitt, April Adams, and Lisa Darrell Crowe; a son, Phillip Susie Adams; three stepsons, Walter, Kenneth, and Dennis O'Shell; 16 grandchildren; and 15 great grandchildren.

Funeral service will be Wednesday, April 8, 2015 at 10:00 am at the Breitenbach-McCoy-Leffler Funeral Home with Reverend Keith Risner officiating. Visitation will be Tuesday from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm at the funeral home. Masonic services will be Tuesday 7:00 pm. Burial will be in Butler County Memorial Park with Military Honors.
