Jacqueline Ann Bentley, age 56, of Franklin, Ohio, died Saturday June 2, 2018 at Kettering Medical Center. She was born in Middletown, Ohio on January 16, 1962 to Richard and Nancy (Young) Lykins. She was preceded in death by her father, Richard Lykins, mother, Nancy Lykins, husband, Harold Bentley, son, Jesse Lykins, sister, Kristine Calloway. Jacqueline is survived by her stepson, Shawn Bentley; brother, David (Judy) Lykins; nieces and nephews, Angie (William) Brelsford, Stephen, Cory, Shylee, Saxon Mencsik and Jack Lykins. Funeral services are 1:00 pm Friday June 8, 2018 at Anderson Funeral Homes 1357 East Second Street Franklin, Ohio with Pastor Chuck Wolfinbarger officiating. Entombment will be in Woodside Cemetery.
