James David Schumacher

Schumacher, James David age 57 of Franklin, Ohio passed away Sunday, February 1, 2026. He was born January 16, 1969, the son of James and Judy (McRoberts) Schumacher. Dave worked for 13 years at Franklin Boxboard, followed by 19 years at Innovative Labeling Solutions. For the past 4 years he has been working at AB Graphics Int. He was a field technician for company and traveled all over the country. Dave was an extremely talented worker who strived to solve the biggest challenges at every job he held. He was known for being the biggest prankster and quick with a joke. Dave loved his family and friends immensely, and the time spent with them is what he valued the most. His laughter was infectious and is already missed by all that he encountered.

He was preceded in death by his parents. He leaves behind his wife of 35 years, Jennifer Schumacher; sons Matthew and Jimmy Schumacher; grandchildren Kaidance, Riley, and Kaison Shockley; sisters Patrica (Rich) Johnston, Tammy (Tracy) Tusing, Diana (Nick) Schatz, Michelle (Mark) Deeter; Sister in law Nikki (AJ/Jill) Roberts; Bonus daughter Megan (Kasey) Shockley; Bonus Brother Shawn Hoskins; as well many other family and close friends.

A visitation will be held at Anderson Funeral Home Franklin, located at 1357 E. 2nd St., Franklin, OH 45005, on February 15, 2026, from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm. A Celebration of Life will follow at the same location from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm on February 15, 2026.
