Jeffrey was born in Middletown, Ohio to John Quiett and Joyce Miller on April 18, 1969. He graduated from Franklin High School in 1987.
Jeffrey enjoyed drag racing and rebuilding cars.
Jeffrey was preceded in death by his parents, John Quiett and Joyce Miller; and stepdad, Jim Miller. He is survived by his brother, Greg Quiett and sister, Sheila Quiett; aunts, Bren (Dennis) Quiett Reisch, Carolyn Blackburn Quiett, Joyce (Roger) Heitchler, Cheryl (Danny) Patterson; uncles, Ronnie Bailey, Donnie (Lee) Bailey, and Mike (Pat) Miller, and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Burial will be in Woodhill Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to The American Cancer Society (donate.cancer.org).
