He is survived by his father Jeffrey Smith (wife Rosanna) of Valencia, Pennsylvania; mother Deborah Ferguson of Middletown, Ohio; 3 sisters, Beth Hartman (husband Aaron) of Sharpsburg, Maryland, Raelynn Smith of Franklin, Ohio, and Emily Smith of Middletown, Ohio; grandparents, Thomas and Barbara Smith of Seaman, Ohio, Ray Gilbert of Kentucky, and Edie Allan of Germantown, Ohio; aunts, nieces, nephews, many cousins, and a son, Jayden Smith.
He is preceded in death by an uncle, Gregory Smith, and a cousin Carrie Hollin.
Funeral services are Friday, June 16, 2017 at 1:00 pm at Franklin Baptist Church, 160 Deardoff Road Franklin, Ohio with Pastor Ethan Daves officiating. Burial will be at Germantown Union Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Friday, June 16, 2017 from 11:00 am-1:00 pm at the church.
