Joseph C. Fernandez, age 77, of Springboro, OH, passed away Sunday May 13, 2018. He was born in Schuylkill County, Pennsylvania on January 20, 1941 to Constantino and Julia (Angelo) Fernandez. Joseph served in the U.S. Navy and he was formerly employed with National Archives for 35+ years. Joseph is survived by his wife Alberta "Bertie" L. Crane Fernandez, a daughter, Jodi Fernandez; son, Doug (Jen) Fernandez; and grandson, Samuel Joseph Fernandez. Memorial Services are Thursday at 2:00 pm at the Anderson Funeral Home 40 N.
