Josephine Rose, age 94, of Franklin, Ohio passed away on Tuesday, November 15, 2022 at her residence. Josephine was born in Middletown, OH on October 5, 1928 to the late Charles and Edna (Birchfield) Worley.
Josephine was employed for 45 years with Inland Container and retired in 1990. She was a longtime member of the Stratford Heights Church of God in Middletown.
She was preceded in death by her husband Benjamin Rose in 2008; her brother, Noah Worley and her sister, Beatrice Worley. Josephine is survived by her daughters, Deborah (Ken) Sprinkles, Sharon Jackson; her grandchildren, Larissa (Bruce), Tracy (Mike), Heather (Travis), Kenneth (Leanne); her great grandchildren, Logan, Grant, Madeline, Jadalynn, Maleah, Decan, Eden; a former son-in-law, Jeff Jackson; a sisters-in-law, Virginia Davenport and Donna Worley.
Funeral Services are 11am Wednesday November 23, 2022 at Anderson Funeral Home 1357 E 2nd St Franklin, OH with Pastor Ray Phillips officiating. Burial will be in Woodside Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday from 10am to 11am at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Stratford Heights Church of God or Crossroads of Cincinnati Hospice.
