June Carol Jackson, 75 of Middletown, passed away Saturday morning, September 21, 2013 at her residence. She was born June 10, 1938 in Middletown, the daughter of Otis Thomas and Artie Shrout Thomas. June was a member of the Stratford Heights Church of God. She worked for Panda Pencil Company as an office manager. She is survived by two sons, Larry wife, Holly Smallwood of Woodstock, Georgia and Jimmy wife, Holly Jackson of Middletown; a granddaughter, Stephanie Dickerson; five grandsons, Wesley, Scott, Sam, Spencer and Seth; and a brother, Glen Thomas of Winter Haven, Florida. She was preceded in death by two husbands, James Edward Jackson and Charles Smallwood; daughter, Charlene Jackson; sons, Timmy and Barry Smallwood; her parents; and a brother, Joe Thomas. Funeral services will be 11:00 AM Wednesday at the Stratford Heights Church of God with Pastor Ray Phillips officiating. Visitation will be at the church from 6-8:00 PM Tuesday. Burial will be at the Butler County Memorial Park.
