He came to Ohio in 1954 where he fell in love at first sight with Judy Laurens. They married on August 31, 1957. Judy Lee Laurens-DeBoard died on February 14, 2002.
He is survived by brothers, Ralph, Vernon and Donald (Carmen); daughter, Kristy (Tom) Newman; grandchildren, Sara (Nicholas) Oldfield, Tara Reece, Dustin Stamper, Brittany Stamper, Caitlyn Stamper, Pam (Mike) Hopper, Tammy (Daryl) Wallace and 14 great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Orlie and Malissie DeBoard; wife, Judy DeBoard; daughter, Melissa Stamper and sister, Berdella Arnett.
Kenneth worked 38 years at Diamond International/Jefferson Smurfit Paper Mill, retiring in 2003.
He dedicated his life to his wife, children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
